Welcome to PUPPE urban clothing. These Terms of Service govern purchases made by customers in the United States through https://puppe-urbanclothing.com.

The store is operated by PUPPE urban clothing FZCO, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.

1. Online Store

Our store offers children's clothing and accessories.

Products are offered subject to availability. Product descriptions, materials, sizes, colors, and prices are displayed on the relevant product pages.

We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product information and pricing. If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide appropriate cancellation or refund options.

2. Orders

Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

We may cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled, including because of unavailable products, payment problems, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including applicable shipping charges.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices applicable to United States customers are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

The total payable amount is displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout, including Stripe-supported card payments and PayPal where available.

Any applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be disclosed during checkout.

4. Import Duties and Customs Charges

Orders are fulfilled internationally from China.

Import duties, customs clearance charges, and import-related fees associated with delivery to the United States are included in our selling prices and will be borne by PUPPE urban clothing FZCO.

Customers will not be required by PUPPE to pay additional import duties or customs clearance charges for their orders.

If a carrier or customs representative requests an unexpected import-related payment, customers should contact care@puppe-urbanclothing.com before making payment. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution so that the customer does not bear import charges that we have agreed to cover.

Customers remain responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs-related information reasonably required for lawful shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled directly through our logistics partner, Panda Fulfillment, in China.

Estimated delivery times for United States orders are generally 7–10 business days, as displayed in our shipping information.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

We will ship orders within the stated shipment timeframe. If we cannot do so, we will provide the notices, cancellation choices, and refunds required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Shipping costs and any applicable free-shipping thresholds are displayed during checkout.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Voluntary returns must be sent to our designated return facility in China.

Customers are responsible for voluntary return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered products are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
